returns are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery date. if 7 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. at this time we do not accept exchanges.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or worn and in the same condition that you received it.
the following items are exempt from being returned:
-items that have been worn or washed
-items without all tags attached in original location
-items with any stains or smell
-gift cards or items purchased with store credit

to complete your return, your receipt is required. we are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable. if you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. we are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. please make sure your address is correct. if it is returned to us, we will charge another shipping fee to resend.

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. petite confidante does not refund any shipping cost.

only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for credit.

we offer $5 flat shipping on orders under $80, free shipping for orders at $80 or higher.
we currently only ship to the u.s.
